Arrival and Departure from Site

Notify the Change house supervisor on arrival Do proper risk assessment before commencement of work Store the chemicals in a safe and lockable place (Storage to be provided by the Mine) All employees to sign the risk assessment. Ensure that full PPE is worn Continue with cleaning as per the SOP The Site to be left clean and safe for use

Safety Boots with steel toes

Rubber Gloves (Long)

Face Masks

If Customer requires ( Safety Glasses and Hard hat)

Wet Floor/No entry Sign to be displayed at working areas

Scope of Work

All Toilets, Hand Basins, Urinals, Shower Cubicles and Kitchen Sinks to be cleaned. Once all units have been cleaned the Floor and walls to be deep cleaned as well. Floors to be scrubbed – this is imported as it will guarantee the removal of bacterial growths

The Equipment’s used for Deep cleaning will be colour coded so that it unit is cleaned with the right equipment

Toilets - Red Colour – Red sponge and red toilet Brushes (big and small)

Urinals – Black Colour - Blue sponge and Blue Brushes (big and small)

Wash Basin – Blue Colour - Green sponge and Green Brushes (big and small)

Showers - Green Colour - Green sponge and Green Brushes (Big hard teeth bush and small Green Brush)

Kitchen Sinks and tops – White Colour – White Sponge and Cloth

Walls – Yellow Sponge.
